SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

SHIPPING
Our products ship directly from various warehouses in different regions across Nigeria. As a result, customers can sometimes enjoy free shipping and reduced pricing on all merchandise from time to time. To better serve you, we implemented a clever logistics system that allows for us to directly deliver your order to any location of your choice.

This allows us to save on excess logistics costs and provide free shipping and reduced pricing on all merchandise to our customers. Kindly note, Shipping times may vary, but most orders arrive within 10-25 days. More than one shipping method is available for certain items. Please be aware that not all shipping methods are available for all items. By clicking on the "Change" button in the "Shipping Methods" section of the "Final Order Review" page, you will be able to see a list of available shipping options. If a certain shipping method is not displayed, we regret that it is not available for that item.


SHIPPING RATES
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

BACK ORDERS
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Damaged Orders
If a signature is required, please inspect your package carefully before signing for it. If after accepting the package you determine that there are damaged or defective parts, please contact the manufacturer for replacement parts. For further assistance, contact Stillmii Jewelry Member Care. Do not discard the receipt, boxes or packing materials, as they may be needed to ship the item back.

SHIPPING ERROR
If you receive an incorrect product, please review your order information to be certain that there were no errors in the order process. If you determine that you received an item you did not order, we strongly apologize. Please contact Stillmii JewelryMember Care immediately by initiating a “shipping error” form on the Contact Us page and/or give us a call on +234 (803)-313-3331 and/or Email us at store.stillmiijewelry@gmail.com and we will be able to communicate how to resolve the error.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
If you refuse your delivery without inspection, miss your delivery appointment(s) or return a non-defective or undamaged product (where there were no errors in the order process), you will incur original shipping charges along with actual return shipping fees. In the event that your returned merchandise was wrongly shipped, damaged or defective, Stillmii JewelryMember Care team will be happy to reimburse you for return shipping costs. ORDER TRACKING
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
CARRIERS
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders: USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL.

* Shipping information is always approximate and may be based on information given to us by manufacturers and vendors.

DELIVERY
When you place an order, please choose a shipping method and pay for the order include the shipping fee (if applicable).
We don’t guarantee delivery time on international shipments due to differences in customs clearing times in individual countries.
Please note that buyers are responsible for all additional customs fees, brokerage fees, duties, and taxes for importation into your country.
We will not refund shipping charges for refused shipments.
The shipping cost does not include any import taxes, and buyers are responsible for customs duties.
